The ruling imposed sanctions on attorneys: Alejandro Brito was referred to the Florida Bar and Daniel Epstein was barred for one year from seeking permission to practice before the U.S. District Court in the Southern District of Florida. The order also bars Trump, Donald Jr., Eric and related parties from citing the disputed settlement in future proceedings and found a Rule 11 violation.
